He calls himself a fiscal conservative. But he added $606,809,852 in new spending and debt above what he inherited — about $4,978 for your family of four — and took $198,800 from the developers who profit. Here's what it means for you.

But over the next three years, Neunder voted to pile new spending and new borrowing on top of what he inherited — money that didn't exist on the county's books before he got there.
